Nephamael was a knight who was traded for Roiben as part of the truce between Silarial and Nicnevin.

Nephamael had glowing yellow eyes; wore a cloak lined with thorns and an iron circlet on his brow which left a deep, black scar on his head.

Biography []
A knight of the Unseelie Court, he was traded for Roiben as part of the truce between Silarial and Nicnevin. He hated his position in the Unseelie court and during his years of servitude, secretly plotted his own rise to the throne of the Night Court.
Nephamael was responsible for possessing Lloyd to attack Ellen Fierch and lure Kaye Fierch to Unseelie territory so she can play her part in the tithe.
He ultimately paid the price for his cruelty, slain by Corny in a fit of murderous insanity whilst under the influence of magic.

Corny became ensnared in a relationship with Nephamael after meeting him at a revel under the hill. Nephamael controlled Corny by keeping him under the influence of faerie fruit, which has a drug-like effect on humans. Nephamael used his influence over Corny to coerce him into humiliating and debasing acts for his own amusement, as well as the amusement of the court.
Corny was eventually pushed to a breaking point and killed Nephamael.
